Achieve together are currently looking for a senior support worker to join the care team based in Littlehampton, West Sussex on a permanent basis.

About us

Fleetwood House is residential service for adults aged 20-50 with learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions and epilepsy. The service aims to support individuals to increase independence through learning self care and domestic skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • You will be a key member of the team and will be required to support the day to day running of the service, in line with legislation.
  • Lead, coach, mentor and support a team of staff.
  • Conduct supervision meetings.
  • Support rota planning.
